A Little More About Me

I am an artist maker living in Orange County, California.

I have been making and teaching art here for over a decade in schools, homes, and art programs.

I started off as an art asstitant and grew to manage an art studio with our program at 21 school sites.

I have taught in many mediums; watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, clay, paper collage, and wire wrapping.

My dream is to teach more metalsmithing  workshops and work out of my home studio.

My work involves a lot of recycled items so naturally I have a huge passion for recycling.

I love to reuse and make something new.

Which is why I believe my purpose is to repurpose.

I believe I was born to create.

During my art career, I have accomplished many things:

* I co-created a clothing label @SoulfuelCA

* I have taught private and group art classes

*I host and guide social paint parties (those are the most fun!)

*I have vended at craft fairs and farmers markets in Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Santa Ana, Orange, and surrounding cities.

*I have participated in installing public art. (love doing these!)

*I have created digital and vector art for a custom t-shirt company @OCShirtShop

Reasons Why I love About Being an Artist:

*I can be creative every day an execute as many (and as little) ideas as I have in my head.

*I get to use my hands.

*I go to a yearly Art Symposium and get to hang with reknowned artists and learn alongside other fun, quirky artist from around the nation. It is my favoriter part of the year.

*I can literally create anything I can imagine.
